My brother and I had this toy when we were kids in the late 70s/early 80s. We actually had two, and they had a little connector piece that would allow you make one long continuous track out of it. This was the town that our Hot Wheels lived in and had their adventures.
My mom managed to save one, and when my kids enjoyed playing with it when we were over at her house for the holidays, managed to find another vintage one to give them as a present one year. I’m sure she’d grouse if she heard that you can just buy one at Target now.
